Buy NowThe DWX is a perfect combination of Dan Wesson and CZ pistols. Features a crisp fire control group from a DW 1911 with the ergonomics and capacity of a CZ. Originally developed for competition use, it uses a simple locked breech barrel system and a CZ-style takedown via the slide stop. The match grade barrel is easily removable due to a bushing-less barrel system similar to a P-10, P-09/P-07.
A full length railed dustcover offers additional weight for recoil management while accepting rail mounted weapon lights. The double stack magazines allows for a capacity of 19 rounds with flush base pads, while many standard 1911 parts are compatible for tuning by gunsmiths and competitive shooters. The full-sized DWX uses CZ 75 grips and magwells and accepts 1911-style dovetailed front sights and CZ Shadow 2 rear sights.
