“The Model 1892 is the pistol caliber rifle designed by John M. Browning and has been a favorite with hunters for 100 years. It was lighter, stronger and faster than previous lever guns made in the 19th Century. Puma M-92’s are built by Chiappa in Italy to the Browning specifications. These beauties are tops in fit and finish, using high grade Italian walnut stocks and steel proofed for modern ammunition. Available in blued or color case hardened finish, round barrel carbines come in 16″” and 20″” barrel lengths with 9 and 10 round magazine capacities, respectively. The octagonal barrel rifles come in 20″” or 24″” barrel lengths in blued or color case hardened finish. Both octagonal barrel rifles hold 10 rounds in the magazine. A factory magazine tube plug is included with all M-92’s, limiting capacity to five rounds, but is easily removed for full magazine capacities. All are available in four calibers: .357 Mag., .44/40, .44 Mag. and .45 Colt.”
