These rifles feature a 16″ barrel surrounded by a 15″ EML15 handguard which has M-LOK attachment slots at the 3, 6, 9, and 12 o’clock positions. Foregoing a full length Picatinny rail, this rifle features picatinny slots only at the front and rear of the top of the handguard to reduce weight. Rather than using 5.7x28mm pistol magazines, the Resolute Mk4 uses CMMG’s new generation of 5.7 magazines that are specifically designed to fit into standard AR15 magazine wells.
